A limited number of work shares were available when Yes, We Can launched. At this time, work shares are sold out.


Will you be adding more classes?

Not at this time. However, check out Friends of Yes, We Can for information about other canning and pickling workshops in the Bay Area.


Do you use organic produce?

Yes. We source all our produce from organic family farms in Northern California.


Yes, We Can is finished for the 2009 season. To learn about the project, read on.


How it works. Yes, We Can is a community supported canning project. We can fruits and vegetables from local farmers during their peak season.


What we can. This year, we canned apricot jam in June, pickled cucumbers in July and canned tomatoes in September.
